Credit card fraud

Credit cards have been used extensively the last three decades by most of us. With the advent of web shopping, the use of "plastic" online has become an everyday routine.

Credit card fraud, and theft of your card details are amongst the most common, increasing and unfortunately unpunished crimes. Usually your credit card will protect you in case of fraud, but you will be subjected to a process that is not pleasant and sometimes not easy to cope with.

If you have been a credit card fraud victim, you might need to find out how this happens, how (if) the perpetrators can be traced, and of course how can you protect yourself in the future.

What can we do for you?

Provide advice on how to protect yourself.

Clean your computer from malware that may be responsible for your ID theft

Investigate the source of fraudulent emails/websites that you were tricked into visiting and provide your credit card details

Create a report for you to provide to the police should you wish to report the crime.
