Strathclyde Forensics has adopted an eco-friendly approach to doing business. Here are some of the things we try to do on an everyday basis, in order to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

1. Use energy saving settings in all computers. This is a simple and effective measure that anyone can adopt. After 10 minutes of inactivity, monitors switch off, hard drives go to a "sleep mode" and peripheral devices are switched off.

2. We avoid printing as much as possible. We prefer to send all our documentation (i.e. reports, communication, white papers, invoices etc.) as an email attachment rather then printing them. Of course some things need to be printed (i.e. final report, court reports etc.) but we try to keep this to a minimum.

3. Strathclyde Forensics is studying an offsetting program for its associates for their carbon footprint on assignment.

4. Last but not least, we Recycle all the material that can be accepted by Glasgow City Council for recycling.
