Expert Report Auditing

You might find yourself in the receiving side of another expert's report. If that report harms your defence, or your case if you are the plaintiff, then a second opinion is what you need.

The examination of an expert's report that is (or will be) produced in a court, might find biases against you, or omissions that could be beneficial to you and your case. Experts will be hired by the solicitors of the other side, or will be used by the prosecution. Not every expert report will be impartial, and not every report will be error-free. An external audit may provide you with the information you need to gain the competitive advantage for your case.

One of the things we shall look for, is omissions, biases, and mistakes in the initial report. In some cases you may even have the court to exclude a report that does not abide by acceptable practices, and that may have irregularities and omissions that are biased against you.

Can you afford to go to court without a second opinion?
