We have worked for several solicitors in Scotland in a variety of cases including:
Criminal cases
Financial disputes
Alleged violent crime
Unfair dismissal (Employment Tribunal)
Accident Compensation
In a criminal case, the examination of the suspect's mobile phone
was held by Dumfries Constabulary as evidence, after it was
examined. Our examination for the defence revealed that the police
had failed to make an image (exact copy of the mobile phone), they
had not retrieved all the SMS messages and they had lost the call
logs from the original mobile. Our report advised the solicitor to
ask the court to exclude the Police Forensic Report.
In a case of an alleged assault, our investigation of the suspects
mobile phone records proved beyond any reasonable cloud that they
were not at the locus.
In a very high profile case in Scotland, a dispute over a jackpot of
one million pounds (£1,000,000) we recovered deleted messages that
proved a prior agreement between a team of Bingo players to share
their winnings. Click on the following links to read more about the
case from newspapers.

In an employment tribunal case we discovered undisputed electronic
evidence that supported the claimant's view of an unfair dismissal.
In a case of internet abuse, our client's photo with is partner were
placed on a sex-fetish website. The website did not respond to their
initial request to remove the images. However with the intervention
of Strathclyde Forensics the issue was resolved within the hour.
In a case of internet fraud (Nigerian Scam/419) we uncovered the
real origin of the emails and chats of the perpetrator and provided
our client with a report to give to the Humberside police. The client had
already lost £5,000.
