Penetration Testing and Denial of Service are forms of a controlled attack against your business IT infrastructure.

The most effective way to check your security, is to actually have professionals attack it. This procedure is called Penetration Testing. It is a long procedure that works in many different levels, from espionage, bribery, brute force attack and hacking to social engineering.

When it comes to your website, the DoS (Denial of Service) is the way to see how much "offensive traffic" can your website withstand before crashing.  DoS is often used by hackers or cyber-activists to attack major corporations websites (i.e. Microsoft, IBM or NASA)

Both methods are "controlled", which means that once we reach the desired level of intrusion or damage, we record it and automatically stop it, so that the day to day business activities are not affected.
